Susan Brown's Baby (Review)

Susan Brown's Baby specializes in natural skin products for moms and babies. I received a bottle of Sensitive Baby Suncreen Lotion and a bottle of Just for Mom Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer to review.

The Sensitive Baby Sunscreen Lotion is SPF 30 so that baby will have plenty of protection from the sun. The smell is very mild unlike most sunscreens I've used. There is a small hint of that "sunscreen" smell, but otherwise it just has a mild lotion type smell. Since it contains cocoa, shea, moringa, and jojaba butters, the sunscreen can double up to be used as an after-sun lotion. The sunscreen doesn't soak into the skin immediately so that you can see exactly where you've covered. That way you don't get to the end of the day and see splotches where you didn't get the sunscreen rubbed into your child's skin. (Not that I've ever done that -- wink, wink!)

The Just for Mom Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer does exactly what it says - moisturizes. A lot of hand sanitizers leave my hands feeling dry, but Vitamin E and Jojoba beads ensure that is not the case with the Just for Mom Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer. The only things I would like better about this product are if it were a little bit thicker and if it had a little nicer smell. Not that it smells bad; it really doesn't smell like anything. I just prefer a little scent. I do realize that the lack of scent is actually a good thing to a lot of people since scented things irritate their skin.
