The cold has come here to North Carolina and it has brought with it, "The Cold". The runny nose cold, that is. My poor little guy has been constantly getting his nose wiped. I always feel so bad when I have to wipe his nose so much that it gets raw. And then there are those times I don't notice his nose running until all that gunk has dried on there. I was so thankful that I had been sent a couple packages of Boogie Wipes to review for the Virtual Baby Shower.

Boogie Wipes are made with saline which softened all that dried gunk on my son's nose so that I didn't have to rub it raw in order to get it clean. He was much happier when I wiped his nose with a Boogie Wipe than when I used a regular tissue. Even when there was nothing dried on his nose, he still preferred for me to wipe his nose with Boogie Wipes. He has had a cold for over a week, and I have been using Boogie Wipes for just about every nose wipe, and he shows no signs of a raw nose at all. Here's a picture of him using his Boogie Wipes:

Boogie Wipes come in 3 different scents: Original, Grape, and Menthol. Out of the three, I preferred (and my son also seemed to prefer) the Menthol scent. It's very soothing when you have a cold. Boogie Wipes can be purchased in 30 count packages or in travel sized packs of 10 individually wrapped wipes. The travel sized wipes were perfect for keeping in the diaper bag. It was nice to have them handy while we were out without having to bring the whole big pack.
