Update : They just updated their Facebook status saying that the $1.99 shipping is only good on orders of $25 or more.  They are honoring all orders placed before they caught the mistake.

• Go to the Swanson Facebook page and "like" them to get $5 off coupon code. 

• Then go to the  Swanson Vitmans website and add $3.01 (or less) worth of items to your cart. (It can be more than that; you'll just have to pay a little bit for your order.)
• Go to checkout, and enter the coupon code ULTRA which will make your shipping $1.99.
• Also Enter your  $5 off coupon code. 
•  If your order was $0 you will still need to input a credit card but you will not be charged. 
• Another note: I tried to check out with Paypal, but it removed my coupons, so it looks like you will need to check out via credit card.
