Little Bear has always had somewhat of a hard time eating with a spoon or fork. We have tried various utensils, but always end up with a mess! When I saw a press release about Little Grips, I knew it would be perfect for him!

The Little Grips spoon and fork are designed with a short T-shaped handle so that kids can easily maneuver them into their mouths.

I am normally not very enthusiastic about the latest "gadget", but I can honestly say that I LOVE this product! It's one of those things about which you say, "Why didn't somebody think of that sooner?!" What I liked:

• The T-shape and short handle makes it very easy for Little Bear to bring the spoon or fork to his mouth.
• The short handle gives me piece of mind that Little Bear won't be able to push his utensil too far back into his throat.
• Rounded edges keep him from poking himself with the fork.

What I'd change:

• The fork does not have any type of indentation. It is totally flat which makes it a little difficult to keep food from sliding off. If Little Bear is eating something small like peas or corn, he can't keep them on the fork.
