Pirate Brands Potato Flyers Review (Plus 2 Extra Entries for the Grand Prize Package)

Pirate Brands sent us some of their Potato Flyers to sample at our Product Review Party. Here were our thoughts:

What we like:
  • Baked, all natural, Gluten and Trans fat FREE means that they are healthy and also good for those on a gluten free diet.
  • They taste absolutely delicious! I had a hard time stopping myself from eating them!
  • They come in 4 different flavors - Original, Barbecue, Sour Cream & Onion, and Sea Salt and Vinegar. My favorite was the Original, and I heard many of our party guests say the same thing.
The texture is much different from a regular potato chip. It reminds me somewhat of a rice cake. These were not greasy at all, which I loved!
  • They contain about half the fat of regular chips and have 120 calories per serving.
What we'd change:
  • They were a little high in sodium and have 18 total carbs. Low carb dieters have to watch out on these!

Buy it: Potato Flyers can be purchased at the Pirate Brands online store, Amazon.com, and local retailers (store locator here.)

Win it: If you haven't already entered our $650 value grand prize package, you can do so here. The package includes a treasure chest full of Potato Flyers samples.

Extra entries: Earn 2 extra entries into the grand prize giveaway by following Pirate Brands on Twitter and Facebook. Just leave a comment on the grand prize entry post letting me know you did. Be sure to leave a separate comment for each thing that you do.
