The Deal Scoop: Did You Have Fun Today?

I know many of you were out shopping for Black Friday today, and I hope you had fun! I was talking to a friend of mine, and she was telling me that she goes mostly because she thinks it fun, not because she's really trying to be first in line for awesome deals.

As for me, I didn't intend to go anywhere today. Sleeping in a warm bed is more my thing. And I did sleep until about 8:30 this morning. Hubby and I had to go to town around 11:00 and it was great! All the hard core Black Friday shoppers were already back home in bed. We decided to go to Wal-mart, and I don't think it was even as busy as a normal day! They had almost everything in stock still (except the big ticket items, I'm sure). Now THAT was enjoyable Black Friday shopping!

I'll be hanging around online on Cyber Monday, if and only if I can get a list made up of specific things I need for specific people. Otherwise I get a little frazzled at all the deals flying around and get tempted to spend money on things I don't need.
