The cereal coupons (H.N. Cheerios, Trix, and Kix) all say do not double or triple on them. Won't that be a risky venture taking them to Teeter for triples?

Any coupon that starts with a 5 will automatically triple at the register. The cashier has every right to override that and not triple it, but I have never had that happen (and I've used a lot of coupons!) But, yes, technically you do have a risk of not getting your coupon tripled.

Thanks for this great list! I just found out my store will not allow the use of internet coupons when tripling. I'm new to this couponing thing, but am I right in thinking that means any coupon I printed from the internet (like coupons.com)? Thanks again, Lori

Lori,
I would call and talk to Harris Teeter corporate about the issue. Harris Teeter clearly states in their coupon policy that they accept internet coupons: http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/online_coupons/coupon_policy.aspx

This policy goes for triples as well. Hopefully, corporate customer service will straighten this issue out with your store.

Let me know how it goes!
