    Plum District didn't approve both codes. I have to choose either the $5 credit or the enjoy10 discount. :( Did both work for you? How did you do it? Thanks for the info. It would have been great if I could use both.

    The credit is different than a coupon code. Any available credits that you have show up when you check out and you can choose whether or not to apply them to your order. Then you can also enter a promo code as well. So with this deal you would only need to use the enjoy10 coupon code to get the $10 off and then choose to apply your $5 sign up credit to your order as well. I just tested it to make sure it would let me use both and it did.
