The Deal Scoop: Flexible Flyer Swing Set Review and #Giveaway from @Hayneedle!

My kiddos are getting to the age where they love to play outside, but I didn't have a whole lot for them to do out there. I thought a swing set would be perfect for them, and I was so glad when Hayneedle provided one for us to review!

We reviewed the Flexible Flyer Swing n Glide, and it was just what my two little ones need. Since they are so little still, they don't need anything fancy; just somewhere to swing and slide. It includes two swings, a slide, and a 2-person glider.

Poor big brother hasn't been able to get sissy to ride on the glider with him, but he still enjoys it!

And sissy's favorite thing is the slide.

The Swing n Glide can hold 105 pounds per seat, with a total of 525 pounds total. It is not the most sturdy swing set I've ever seen, but the price is right (just $149.99 at Hayneedle) and I really wasn't expecting more for that price. Hayneedle offers a huge selection of swing sets, from very simple to very fancy, with something in every price range.

The only thing in particular that I don't like about the Flexible Flyer Swing n Glide is that it has flat plastic seats. I'm sure it won't be a big deal as the kids get older, but right now they feel very insecure on them. They're used to the rubber seats that sort of mold around them, and they feel like they're going to fall off of the flat seats.

A nice feature is that the chains have a protective coating over them so that little fingers don't get pinched.
