Here's what you need to do:
Call 1-800-955-5225, select Option 3 and then Option 2. You'll be able to order your $20 cash card and get another $20 cash card free when you pay with your American Express card! You can get up to $100 in free cash cards per person. This promotion runs October 12 - November 30 or while supplies last.

I don't have an American Express card, but if I did, I would be ordering a gift card for myself and using the free one as a gift!
