Yard Sale Savings

As I'm typing this, my husband is out scouring the town for the greatest yard sale bargains. We usually make it a family affair, but I've had a long week, and didn't feel like getting up so early.

If you don't shop at yard sales, you are missing out! Now I don't believe that anything is a bargain if it's not something you need, but if there is something you need, yard sales are the place to look!

These pictures are just one week's worth of yard sales for us. We have gotten about this much every week for the past 3 weeks. Right now we are working on building a maternity wardrobe for me, a baby girl wardrobe, and a toddler boy wardrobe.
We added up the number of pieces of clothing we have gotten these past 3 weeks and the total cost of all of them, and our average price per piece is 50 cents! Many of the things we have gotten are brand new with the tags!

What about you? Have you snagged any yard sale bargains this summer? I'd love to have you leave a comment and tell me about it!
